Our services

Addiction treatment and the support around it.

Revive combines substance use disorder treatment with peer support, then adds the practical help that keeps recovery on track: counseling, case management, recovery housing and reintegration support.

SUD group sessions Core treatment

Structured substance use disorder groups where you learn practical recovery skills alongside other people working on the same goals, guided by our treatment staff.

What groups work on

  • Relapse prevention and coping with cravings
  • Recognizing triggers and high-risk situations
  • Managing stress, emotions and sleep
  • Rebuilding routines and healthy relationships

A good fit if you

  • Want structure and skills, not just talk
  • Learn well alongside other people
  • Are starting treatment or stepping down from a higher level of care

Peer support groups Core support

Recovery discussions with peers who have lived experience of addiction and recovery. Honest conversation, encouragement and accountability from people who understand.

What to expect

  • Share at your own pace, or simply listen
  • Encouragement from people who have been there
  • Accountability for the goals you set
  • Connection that continues between sessions

Why it matters

Hearing how someone else got through a hard week often makes your own path easier to see. Peer groups sit alongside clinical treatment, so you get both skills and support.

SUD counseling

One-on-one sessions with a counselor to look at what's behind substance use, set goals that matter to you, and plan your recovery step by step.

Sessions can include

  • Building and updating your recovery plan
  • Relapse prevention planning
  • Working through setbacks without shame
  • Involving family when you're ready

Alongside medication

If you take medication for opioid or alcohol use disorder, counseling works alongside it. Talk with us about how we coordinate with your prescriber.

Intensive outpatient program (IOP)

A structured treatment schedule several days a week, so you receive focused care while you keep building real-world routines.

What IOP includes

  • Group therapy and skills groups
  • Individual sessions with your counselor
  • Regular reviews of your treatment plan
  • A step-down plan as you gain stability

A good fit if you

  • Need more support than weekly sessions
  • Don't need 24-hour medical care
  • Are leaving residential or inpatient treatment

Mental health services

Support for the mental health conditions that often travel alongside addiction, such as depression, anxiety and trauma, delivered as part of your recovery rather than separately.

Support can include

  • Individual counseling
  • Coping skills for stress, triggers and difficult emotions
  • Coordination with your other providers
  • A plan for hard days

Why treat both together

When mental health and substance use are addressed in the same plan, one doesn't undo progress on the other. Your care team sees the whole picture.

Case management

Your case manager helps with the systems and paperwork that can overwhelm anyone, so you can put your energy into getting well.

We can help with

  • IDs, birth certificates and Social Security cards
  • Benefits, insurance and food assistance applications
  • Medical and other appointments
  • Planning your next housing step

How it works

You meet with your case manager regularly to set practical goals and work through them together. You won't be handed a list of phone numbers and left to sort it out alone.

Recovery housing

A furnished, substance-free place to live while you take part in treatment, with clear house agreements and regular house meetings.

Living at the house

  • Furnished rooms and a shared kitchen
  • House agreements that protect everyone's recovery
  • Regular house meetings
  • Treatment and groups built into your week

Ask us about

Current availability, house agreements and what to bring. Housing is offered alongside treatment, so our admissions team will talk through both with you.

Reintegration support

For people returning from incarceration or hospitalization, and anyone rebuilding the everyday skills that hold a life together.

Support can include

  • Court, probation and DOC appointment coordination
  • Job readiness and job search support
  • Budgeting, transit and daily-living skills
  • Reconnecting with family on healthy terms
